  • Multidisciplinary grief support services

Pediatric palliative care focuses on discussing goals of care, providing symptom management, and offering support to children living with a life-limiting illness and their families.

  • Scheduled visits with a medical provider
  • Nurse case management assistance for coordination of care and services
  • Limited consultation with a dietitian, chaplain, and social worker as needed
  • Collaboration with their medical providers for pain and symptom management
