Our Commitment
To serve pediatric patients and their families with love and compassion and to create meaningful experiences that inspire hope.
To lead as the premiere pediatric hospice and comfort care provider known for empowering our patients and their families through compassionate care, clinical excellence, and meaningful experiences.
We help the families we serve navigate the health care journey with love and compassion.
Use our resources, talent, and hearts to create meaningful and memorable experiences.
Embrace and learn from those with different backgrounds, views, and experiences.
Always honest and forthright in our actions and intentions with those we serve and our teammates.
Communicate clearly and often, engage with authenticity, and choose our words wisely and supportively.
Hands of Hope was founded in 1994 in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Since then, we have become South Carolina’s only statewide pediatric hospice and comfort care provider. Camp Hands of Hope was founded in 2000 with the mission of providing bereavement support to children experiencing loss. In 2022, we partnered with The Emerson Rose Heart Foundation to help raise support, awareness, and funds for families impacted bycongenital heart defects (CHDs).
We’ve continued to grow throughout the Southeast, offering comprehensive, compassionate care to patients in North Carolina, Georgia, and South Carolina.
