Welcome to Hands of Hope, the Southeast’s leading home-based pediatric palliative and concurrent hospice care provider.
Hands of Hope offers two lines of service, palliative and concurrent hospice care, for children ages 0-21 experiencing a life-limiting illness. We work closely with patients’ existing care teams to determine the right care for their needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
Our team of experts supports the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of children and families so they can focus on what matters most. When you need care, we’re just one call away.
Concurrent hospice care allows pediatric patients to receive curative treatment alongside hospice services, as outlined under the Affordable Care Act.
Pediatric palliative care focuses on discussing goals of care, providing symptom management, and offering support to children living with a life-limiting illness and their families.
